Hello and welcome! I am Richa. I am so glad you’re here and have taken the first step towards your wellness journey.
Life has a way of challenging us—whether through the pressures of adulting, managing the complexities of personal health, or simply seeking balance in the midst of daily responsibilities. For me, yoga became the answer—a path to healing, resilience, and self-discovery. Born and raised in the hills in India, I had a slow life, well connected by nature nad surrounded by a rich cultural heritage with a strong sense of community. But as I transitioned into adulthood and navigated the responsibilities of building a life for myself in a world where hustle culture is glorified , I began to feel the weight of life’s demands—physically, emotionally, and mentally. I found myself disconnected, overwhelmed, and searching for a way to restore my sense of peace and balance.
That’s when yoga entered my life. It quickly became my sanctuary, teaching me to slow down, embrace mindfulness, and reconnect with my inner self. Through yoga, I discovered that true balance isn’t about managing external pressures, but about building resilience and cultivating harmony within ourselves— our mind, body, and soul.
This transformative journey inspired me to help others experience the same benefits. I am a certified yoga instructor with a background in public health along with training as a National Disability Support Worker. I specialise in creating adaptive practices for individuals with diverse abilities and medical conditions. My sessions are inclusive and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, whether you’re seeking restorative relaxation, emotional clarity, or simply a moment of peace.
